Novatek IFRS net profit falls 39% to 156 bln rbl in 2017

MOSCOW, Feb 21 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian independent gas producer Novatek fell 39% to 156.4 billion rubles in 2017, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said on Wednesday.

Sales revenue increased 8.5% to 583.2 billion rubles, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose 5.8% to 256.5 billion rubles.
